Bought a yorkie for my wife one month ago. Breeder told the pups were registered. Showed us mom and dad. Advised she would send us registration papers by mail. Called today to find out where they were - breeder now states that she never told us that dog had papers or that she would send any papers to us. She told us that she the dog to us as a pet - wehave no intent on breeding him - scheduled to be nuetered next week.

Any advice on what I can do?
