I'm thinking that all the hype that the papers and news shows are making of this problem isn't helping at all. I think it's fueling it. Now that the "bad guys" know there's a good profit in this, I think there are more starting to steal the Yorkies.
It's good that we are informed of it, but it's like advertising for the crooks.
