Yes that is your opinion. I do not work I am at home and my dogs have a doggie door
IF they choose to use it!! I DO NOT NEGLECT MY DOGS AND I DON'T CARE HOW YOU SEE IT.
NO ONE has the right to go into anyone's yard and take their animal! If there are obvious signs of abuse that is one thing, but just because a dog is outside is out of line.
