I would go and take her. If no one is home no one will know. Just put on a baseball cap and sunglasses so no one will know it's you, and just scoop her up and take her home. If you can keep her great, if you can't just take her to a shelter or find her a home from our great members here. In my opinion, neglecting the problem you've observed is just as bad as the people abusing their dogs. Just my opinion, but I would NEVER just stand there and watch this poor baby be mistreated. |
