I could be totally wrong, but I've been told it this type of vaccination is mechanical in nature. The vet's are not cruel, but they aren't tremendously loving either and the smallest dose they give with the vaccines is what the government mandates (which is for a 20-25 lb dog). As most yorkies are much smaller than that, and many have reactions when given more than one vaccine at a time, I personally would be very hesitant to vaccinate in this manner - particularly if your pup was to have a reaction and they don't offer any follow-up.
