we had a yorkie and a maltese, and they got along great! became the best of friends! they were sooooo cute together! you will love it! the personalities of both dogs were very similar, playful, loving, and wanted as much attn as you could give .. hahaha .. even though i have to admit Penny (our yorkie) was a little smarter than Casper (the maltese) .. he was definitely what we would call special
but it made him all the more cuter! hahahaha!
