Although Bobbi is a boy, he had the same problem. He had tiny little reddish to brown spots (like freckles) around his penis and belly.
Turns out I cut the hair on the penis too short (it acts as a funnel) and when he was going outside and lifting his leg it would get on there and it was irritated.
I am much more careful and won't be cutting his little hairs
I wipe him down daily with unscented and dye-free baby wipes
