I had to tape my newest pup's, but have noticed from time to time they want to flop a bit. I have been told before that when they are teething they might not wanna stand up.
But I highly recommend taping em before long. I know I waited to long on Louie's so now his wont stand up. And def. trim the hair on em first. Good luck.
