Default Why does my Yorkie pant all the time?

I dont understand. I have noticed if the temperature rises at all, for instance it was about 70 something here...she starts panting like crazy even though she is inside and not exerting herself. I actually took her to the vet 2 weeks ago after we had a few mildly nice days because I was worried and he said she seemed fine , that some dogs just do that alot. It just seems abnormal though and I keep worrying that she is sick or that it might signify something else. Anyone else had experience with this? Thanks so much. by the was I do know why dogs pant normally, to cool themselves off because they dont have sweat glands, but I cant imagine she is that hot on a 70 degree day inside a cool house.
