I have a little male Jap. Chin and yes his eye did pop out. Came home one day from running errands and it was hanging there. Rushed him to the vet and they did emergency surgery. Since it obviously hadn't been popped out for too long before I returned home it hadn't dried out - which makes putting it back in impossible. He is just fine these days and so far no more eyes popping out. Wish his eyes would have stayed put and I still have the $1,000 vet bill.
