My kids now grown had been raised with big and very small dogs, They was taught from a young age how to be gentle with animals. I have two Yorkies now both 5 lbs and I now have two Grandbabys, They will be taught the same as my kids was at a very young age. I would not sell a Yorkie or any other small pet to a person with very young children unless I knew the people very well and was able to see that their child/ children was taught how to to be gentle and treat an animal. there are a lot of parents that get small animals and let their small children carry them around and do as they please with them and that should not be. these little ones are so fragile and can be hurt very easy. and if one has small children and small pets they need to be watched at all times. |
