I'm not sure how effective this is,..........
but when we bought our house, the previous owners had a sticker on the door in the garage leading to the house. I'm guessing that they did not want to advertise on the front door that they had pets. They must have figured, if there were a fire, that emergency personnel would go through the garage. I'm not sure I would want to chance that the firemen would go through the garage to get into the house.
I need to get some for the front door.
