I'd take this up with the breeder, that's definitely reason for a refund and they also need to not breed the parents again. This is congenital.
I would also demand a refund from that other vet for all the visits you and Zoie had to endure, with no positive results  They should have checked her heart, dangit! |
Yeah I agree.. I dont know how to approach Zoie's breeder about this.
