WOW!! I seem to have created a monster thread.
Please let me clarify a few points.
1. I am not sure why the thread seems to have upset people with medical problems, that is definately not my intention. I too am seriously ill (altho not so much that my girls dont get the attention they deserve and the walks they love) they are my world and we are a constant source of love and attention for each other through out the day.
2. Altho when i first got izzie i contemplated letting her have a litter, i love her so much that we decided against it and got her a friend. (both of which are now spayed)
3. there seems to have been some comments on show and breeding. Both my girls are entirely different. One is small with a docked tail (docked when we got her) and upstanding ears, my other is larger with a long tail and somewhat floppy ears. I adore them both as i do ANY yorkie.
4. I would still like to get a little boy to join the family and have left my details with various people as we would be more than happy to rescue. However in the UK there doesnt seem to be a problem with Yorkies that need a home. They seem to be loved beyond all measure in this country.
