Yep, I feed mine Canidae and I free feed since they eat like birds and don't eat a lot at one time but they reccomend 1 cup a day for a puppy and for my boy, he's 4 pouds and a full grown adult, he gets 1/2 cup of food per day. A friend of mine has a yorkie, he's a boy and he's around the same age as my girl. Anyway, she doesn't free feed him but gives him a 1/4 cup 4 times a day and it works out great for her
