sometimes biting means they need a good chew toy or two. I buy the dental chew bones - they are blue and textured - mine love them. it keeps their teeth pretty good. Perhaps get a kong and stuff it with treats. and, you can also spray your hands with that bitter apple stuff so they don't want to bite or chew them anymore! Also, when yours bites, try grabbing his/her jaw and tell him/her to stop. eventually, they learn. hope that helps.
