We all have to do what we decide is best..I always perfer to return the money..Oh, I could fight for what is due me, but why bother, the next buyer will make up the difference. I agree with you there Pat. I do the same thing and would rather my puppy or dog go to a forever home that is just right and a good relationship with the buyer and return any money to the person it didn't work out with. I have given full refunds when a puppy was returned for no other reason than it was more than they thought they were getting into.
Oh it is a headache alright but I don't want my puppy in the middle of a problem or wrong home.
