Mickey will be in my prayers...The vet did exploratory surgery on Miko and it was not repairable. So he is on denosyl, lactulose, and a low protein diet. It's a good thing your vet went ahead and put you on the l/d...Is it canned or dry? Do not give your baby any meat at least until you can get more info because protein from animals is very hard for their livers to process. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask.
