I agree here. Your not a bad breeder. She should have known she was not going to get away with a pup on a no animal flight. Therapy dog or not she took the chance of going there nowing fair well that her pup was not a therapy pup and it would be extremely hard to pass it as one. I think you have to show some kind of license or certificate that your a certified Therapy dog person (sorry dont know the exact terminology here) I've heard of it before and i know that my friends mom's friends cousin (thats where i've heard it so please excuse the terminology) that she had to show she was an actual handler/raiser of Therapy and guidance dogs to be able to travel with her new pups/training dogs. I for one if I was in the moneys to buy a pup and knowing what she looked like and was happy with her I WOULD BUY A PUP FROM YOU. I also think you have every right to deduct your expenses from her deposit. Heck you only asked 200 there are more breeders that demand more. Its only fair that you get your money back out of this bad deal because she didnt look into all the proper proceedings in bringing puppy home.
