Yea I think you will def. get full fast because I did it for one day and couldn't finish because I always get hungry at night, this was yesterday. Today when I ate I could't even eat half of the plate because I was SO full so I think the not eating makes your stomach smaller. I wonder why you haven't lost weight....have you done the SWF? And the tea at night and morning?
