I can't believe there are such irresponsible pet owners around
and to bring a dog like that to a meet up
That's one of my fears with bringing Jaden or Jewelina to meet ups where there are dogs that I do not know, you just never know what their temperment is going to be like. I am glad nothing worse happened to poor little Haruka! Give that sweety lots of kisses for me!! Feel better soon! *Hugs*
