That's a shame and probably happens more than we hear about....Reporting someone to the AKC does little to resolve the situation but you can ...and also, report them to the BBB & file a complaint. People should speak up if they receive a different puppy than what they choose especially with the cost these days of Yorkies.
to document what happened - tell them to take lots of pictures of the puppy to compare with what they were shown before they paid. |
