www.sparkpeople.com It's got great forums, nutrition/workout trackers and breaks the weight loss journey into 4 steps for you so that you don't get overwhelmed and quit.
I really really love it there and best of all it's free and a great way to stay on track! Just the calorie counter alone has really helped me to see how much I was eating. Now when I make a decision on what to eat, I base it on my calorie count on Sparkpeople
