Cal - I think it's great that you have taken Quincy in. He looks like a cutey! I use the crate for training my little guy, he's 4 months. I think it's the best thing if you can't be with them 24-7. Like everyone has said, patience is key. And just try to reward him as much as possible when he does go in the right place. Since he seems so scared of going outside, using the pee pad might be the best method for him, at least for now.
