I am not depriving myself of any food I have starches, plenty of veggies, protein, dairy, ect....Sometimes I think I am eating too much but the key is I AM EATING ALOT OF HEALTHY THINGS....like at dinner I probably will have some protein (probably will be a 6oz steak) 2 of veggies, and a small salad....I think LA does have a great plan which probably didn't take a rocket scientist to create and I drink my 64 oz of water each day.......This is a DRASTIC CHANGE from what I was eating before....Do you know that I would eat out sometimes 4 times out of the week Fast food was like my best friend LOL it was always so quick and easy and I loved ROOT BEER!! But now its a total TURN....so I'm keeping on it and hopefully I can successfully reach my goal
10lbs in 2 weeks IS a lot, but only if you need to lose like 20lbs in total! You tend to drop a lot in the first couple weeks. 10lbs is normal if you need to lose 50lbs or more. Sooo good for you!! That is excellent!!! Its mostly water weight that you lose in the first couple weeks! It really helps you to stay motivated too though!
Its really about changing your habits so you don't have to worry about losing weight ever again! its great that you are doing that! You can have root beer though! don't deprive yourself entirely... either have diet, or have a glass of real rootbeer once a week! Everyone has their weakness! Oh I love sunkist sooo much, Im not a big soda drinker really thank god, but I dont care for the diet sunkist, so once every couple months I'll buy a bottle of sunkist and I'll enjoy it to the fullest! It helps me from binging and drinking a 2 liter bottle in 1 night! haha
