Thanks celstu1 for your post.......I think I am doing awesome and some may think 10 lbs in 2 weeks is alot which it is but all I am doing is eating right! I am not depriving myself of any food I have starches, plenty of veggies, protein, dairy, ect....Sometimes I think I am eating too much but the key is I AM EATING ALOT OF HEALTHY THINGS....like at dinner I probably will have some protein (probably will be a 6oz steak) 2 of veggies, and a small salad....I think LA does have a great plan which probably didn't take a rocket scientist to create and I drink my 64 oz of water each day.......This is a DRASTIC CHANGE from what I was eating before....Do you know that I would eat out sometimes 4 times out of the week Fast food was like my best friend LOL it was always so quick and easy and I loved ROOT BEER!! But now its a total TURN....so I'm keeping on it and hopefully I can successfully reach my goal
