Rose Wishing you a speedy recovery!

OMG -- I cannot believe you went house-hunting immediately after discharge from a hysterectomy -- you poor lady! Not sure which type you have but I think with any hysterectomy the recuperation time is at least 4-6 weeks! I got back to regular activities fairly soon, but did not have 100% of energy and stamina for months after mine.

Time for a family meeting! Tell them you are not Superwoman and you need to heal -- either that or you will wind up back in the hospital and they can do it all! You need help and they need to realize you just had major surgery. I think families sort of think mom's are never sick and can do anything. They need their attention gotten when they forget you, too, need help at times. Push too hard now and it will be forever til you get back to normal. Take care of yourself so you can take care of them.
Welcome back!
