i read somewhere that if you yelp (like their siblings would) and push down on their back (a sign of dominance) she should stop.. like someone said.. then replace your finger with a toy... with layla.. when she was a pup.. we would just yelp very loud... it would scare her and she would stop.. but it took a few months.. she was a chewer!
