My EX-Groomer did this to my male. In October I took him and went back to pick him up (after going back 2 times to her saying he's not done yet, haven't had time yet)... So finally the last time we went back she was done with him, but he was shaved off big time! He had gorgeous hair and I only took him for a TRIM... So I was pissed! I said I told you to TRIM him, she laughed and said ooops, I got him mixed up with another dog. Yeah oops! I didn't pay, left pissed never went back. Now I do it myself. But his hair is finally getting pretty long as well. It doesn't take long, but it seems like forever. It grew pretty fast!
