Thanks for the advice guys. I was so upset. As a little dog owner myself, I'm offended when people act as if just because their dog is small it can growl, charge people, bite, ect. No matter the size it is still a dog, and should have the same precautions as a bigger dog!

I train my dogs so much and am so corteous of others, that I was just so taken back by his attitude. He seemed to think it was funny that his chi was being aggressive and protecting his house or something. So irritating
