There are dog owners a couple houses down from us who let their small dogs get loose in the neighborhood and they torment everyone- pets and people! We have called AC many times and it seems the dogs are back home by the time AC comes around so there is never any resolution
. I would say stay on the safe side and steer clear of that dog and owner.
