I'm sorry your having such a hard time.
Seems I read somewhere on this form about putting a shower curtain under an x-pen. I think that was actually for someone who had carpet though. But would make for fast cleanup, put in the shower and wash it off.
Venus had a hard time at first with shreading the pee pads. I duct taped them to the floor for well over a month! All 4 corners. When she'd try to pull the duct tape off, I'd say "no" very stern.
I got crib pads off ebay, and cut them down to size, and zig zagged the edges. I think I paid like $6.99 for each crib pad, and got 4-6 pee pee pads out of each one. I also set the pee pads in a litter box, and she uses it there. If your interested, go to ebay and do a search for washable crib pads. Mine had some very minor flaws in them that I was able to work around.
Venus is 9 months and about the time I think she's almost potty trained, I catch her again. I just washed another rug the other day, and put it back up for a while....Again. |
