I know what you mean. For some reason I am always drawn to the needy ones. lol!! I have a son with spina bifida, paralyzed from the chest down and severly retarded with seizures and many other problems. I cared for him for 16 years until I could no longer lift him.

I think I was soo used to nurturuing my son that I needed someone else to take care of which is what started my obsession with Yorkies.

My 15 year old very healthy "normal" son was diagnosed with epilepsy at 11. I guess I am not a good breeding prospect and should have been spayed long ago. LOL!! I think the fact that the boy had seizures drew me to him a little more?? His name is Theodore and I am not sure I would change it because he already really knows his name...I was amazed by that. I agree with you about gut feelings. The first time I laid eyes on Peanut on puppyfind I knew she was my baby!!! I am going back later this week to see both and hopefully get a better idea or more of a feeling for one that the other. My Peanut is tiny...3 pounds, 8 inches long and 7 1/2 inches tall, so I am used to walking with no shoes and constantly watching my step.

If I get the girl her name will be Yasmine or Sasha. Yes my daughter loves "Bratz" dolls which is how we came about those names. Not crazy about the name theodore, but I would probably keep it.
