 It's a Boy!!!! (help)
Hello all,
Well, early this morning Maddie had her pup! That's right, just one. My vet told me that he only felt one and he was right on the money. I do have a question for those of you who have had litters because I am a little concerned.
Maddie is not really eating or drinking as she is very concerned for her pup. I know she's just being a good mom, but it's worrying me. Also, she will hardly get up to go to the bathroom. Finally late this afternoon I took the pup out of their "house" so she would go and she finally did. It was bright orange so I'm pretty sure she hadn't gone all day. Is this normal? Especially for first time moms? I don't want her to dry up her milk by not drinking or eating enough. Any help would be appreciated.
