I joined a gym last year in Janurary and I lost some weight and lots of inches. I did the treadmill and eliptical almost everyday and then I did the weight circut every other day and aerobics about 2-3 days a week. Of course when summer came I quit going because I was so busy with summertime stuff and I gained alot of the weight back. I renewed my membership a couple weeks ago and I have been working out at least everyday and most of the time twice a day. I have lost about 5 pounds so far. I have also been dieting. I will post some before and after pics from last year. This was only 2 months of working out and weight watchers. I can not believe I quit, I can only imagine how I would have looked and felt if I had kept it up. But I will get there....
