 Start at the beginning again
My Benni regressed totally after being hospitalized for a week. It was very frustrating and the vet did agree that he was probably punishing me for leaving him at the dreaded vets LOL. My vet told me to be very matter of fact, no scolding as he obviously knew what he did was wrong. I put the pads back down on the floor, started taking him out again as often as I used to when initially training him. Took about three weeks, and he went back to the 100% potty trained yorkie he was before. I guess he finally decided to "forgive me" |
