No you don't need a diploma or GED and not for the site I sent you. I completed the course about 4 years ago. Decided to do it after getting my second yorkie and just hated the fact that you had to leave them there most of the day. And when you got them back it wasn't what you had originally asked for.
Yes, I now professionally groom. But, since I show yorkies too, I've incorporated alot of the show grooming of various breeds with pet hair stylist grooming.
