I just got Mia last night, when we woke up she was not moving around much and then started to throw up. I took her to the vet and she was tested and she has coccidia and was very hypoglacimic. Her temp was 103.
She is on Albon and I have to force feed her every hour. She has diarea real bad and still throws up every once in a while but she does seem better then this morning. Please pray for her, I already love her.
I called the breeder and she had no idea she was sick, but I wanted to warn her because the vet said her litter mates will probably have it also. The breeder is going ahead and treating them even though they have no signs yet. The vet said that she probably started showing the signs because of the stress of going to her forever home.
I am kind of scared, I hope she gets better soon, she looks so pitiful.
