Oh yeah, you can go up there...There's an elevator that takes you up, and it goes to the side, then up, to the side, then up...It's scary, but then you get to the top. At the top, there are windows on both sides and you can look down at St. Louis. The scary part is that it feels like the arch is swaying at the top, but it's beautiful
I remember the Adam's Mark hotel...It was beautiful
My parents and all of us kids used to stay there on the weekends sometimes, but I was a little girl at the time. We would go to the arch and to the museum out there, I forget the name of it....
