Yes -- so very worth the $$! I paid $1200 and $1500 for my last two. My first Yorkie was only $600. All three were AKC but the two I have now have excellent pedigrees with good health history. The initial cost is only the beginning. It is not cheap to raise these little ones -- they "need" a lot!
