I do believe she is teething. I noticed one of her canines is missing. She got her big girl front small flat teeth a while back. But now, I think she's gonna get her big dog ferocious teeth (ferocious yorkie?! LOL) now.

If she is teething, maybe it hurts to eat hard food like kibbles. Try softening it with a little warm water/warm chicken broth. Just put the liquid in and leave it for a few minutes, she would be able to eat better.
