I know it is hard to wait when you want one so badly...and who wouldn't. But just think about how wonderful she will be when you do find the perfect one. You will not regret waiting if it means getting one not from a mill.
I don't think you should have a problem finding one...even a female...in your price range. However, you may want to reconsider the age you are looking for. 2 months (8 weeks) is a very young age for a Yorkie pup to be released to it's new home. You will find that most (reputable) breeders will not let them go until they are 12 weeks, sometimes older.
