I just put new carpet in 1 1/2 ago. But with 3 yorkies all the dog smells get trapped in the carpet and I feel like it stinks. They go outside to potty, and have very few accidents, but it stresses me out more to have carpet cause I don't want people to visit, and immediatly walk in and smell dog.
So my resolution to this??? I'm taking the carpet out and replacing it with hardfloor of some kind. I told my hubby this is his new project.
I'm not really sure what kind of cleaner will actually do the job the best. I agree that using a blacklight will help you find some spots you might have missed. I personally think that dogs and carpet just don't mix.
