I was in your same situation when I got Mr. Biggs. The apartments I lived in didn't allow pets. I got away with it for a couple months though, because he didn't bark, but once he got his voice, I started looking for a new place. In a way it sucked, because I couldn't really take him outside for regular potty training, and had to teach him to use the pee pads. And every time I wanted to take him someplace, I always had to hide him in is carrying bag. If I could do it all over, I definitely would have found a pet friendly place before getting him.

Good luck though in whatever you decide! You've already made the right choice in choosing a yorkie! And welcome to YT!
