Wow I didn't think ppl would actually reply because it was so long but thank you guys for writing comments and understanding. The hourly wage we get is like $4.30 or something so I don't rely on that, I rely on the tips. I also learned it's better to work night shifts than morning shifts. And also because I don't like the ppl in the morning and I'm not a morning person. The only time where servers can make a lot in the morning is for Brunch! It get's hectic but I haven't worked those and I don't want to. Servers I work with that have been there a while even say they avoid working brunch because it's too crazy and not worth it. I don't know if I will stay in this job any longer because I can't take it. |
