Sally Hansen Lip Inflation works okay, for the cheap stuff, $5.99 at any drug store. The BESTEST one I've ever used is by DuWop, called LipVenom. They have it in colors as well. I just get the clear and put lipstick over it, voila, colored plumping gloss
