The scheme of things is this: Biewers are to be bred to Biewers. some folks are breeding Splitters (1/2 Yorkie, 1/2 Biewer) to Biewers with permission of the breed clubs.
Parti Yorkies are no longer going to be recognized by AKC.
Biewers follow the Yorkie's standards except for color.
