It makes me rethink repainting my house inside. I happen to have VERY dark colors and keep thinking if I repaint in sometign like BUTTERCREAM it will open the house up more. Now I don't feel so bad about my dark colors.
My Main color through the house is called GRAPELEAF green and BOY IS IT!!! Same color as leaves on a grapevine. Kinda like a dark deep avacado  |
I used the dark red in 2 rooms because we have so much light in this house...otherwise I'm not sure I would have been brave enough to use them! We have 2 large sky lights in the living room and huge windows in every room...it's great to enjoy the view but not so great for decorating...no wall space!
