I'm Furious With All Of This.. My Jd Hangs Out Looking Right Out The Front Window, That Dosen't Leave Me Feeling Secure On His Safety.. And How Is The Chip Going To Help Unless They End Up At A Pound?? Do We Get Vets To Read All Yorkies Brought In When Not A Customer They Know Has A Yorkie??
