I vote that you go to the vet...It could be a UTI, but it could be something more serious. Your dog doesn't have to be older to have kidney/bladder/liver or any kind of problems. My yorkie's problems started when he was a pup. Take your baby to the vet and have them do a urinalysis and urine culture. Good luck! Keep us posted...
